This diseased Maple tree was in danger of hitting a house in Concord center. A high risk job, as it was in a busy location, and very close to the house. And HUGE! We counted the rings and lost track at 157 years old. Could Thoreau have sat under this tree? Probably not, but fun to think about. One of our favorite jobs, we have made furniture, boxes, sculptures, and cutting boards out of this tree. Nothing is wasted!

We sell firewood! All of the wood we sell is hardwood that is split by hand and well seasoned. In our mix, you may find oak, ash, and fruitwood, such as cherry or apple. These fruitwoods smell incredible! We also sell well-seasoned, green wood, log lengths, short or long length split wood for specialty stoves or fireplaces, and fruitwood for smokers!
